We start this episode with a shot of the captured versions of Pokemon thus far. With the death of Moonlight Flower in the last episode, Pokemon Gold now hovers aside Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald.

But it doesn't stay for long. The Dark Lord shatters the crystal in disgust, because Moonlight Flower has been taught how to love by Yuufa (like that). Such a filthy soul won't help him spread his kingdom of emo.

What he does need, however, are souls that strongly desire love. Wait, the Dark Lord wants hookers? He can probably find a few off the streets, if that's the case.

But the Dark Lord is particular about one whore out in the world: the one that made love to Moonlight Flower in the first place.

The camera zooms in on Emo!Keough, since it's no surprise who he needs to kidnap by the end of the series.

But before we get to the actual content of the episode, we get a shot of a dark...excuse me, dark forest. All is well for the Porings, Fabres and Lunatics until an Evil Druid shows up.

The Evil Druid casts a spell that makes them explode from the inside out. Zealotus laughs.

THE END?!

Photobucket Photobucket

Okay, not quite. We see our heroes in Alberta trying to catch a boat to Turtle Island, but, like most plot-advancing boats in anime, the heroes have missed the one time it sails per day. Great.

If your Bullshit Detector just went off and you don't know why, it's because there's so much bullshit in these last five screencaps that it can be seen by even untrained senses.

First of all, why the fuck is Roan trying to catch a boat to Turtle Island if he's trying to get to Comodo? Those two places are in the opposite direction of each other! Also, Archer Lady didn't tell Roan about where he should go in Episode 17, which made us have no clue as to where they're supposed to go at the end of the Payon story arc. Lastly, why is everyone else being dragged along for the answer to Roan's self-discovery lesson?

All of this points to one thing: the writers totally fucked up. They forgot where their characters were supposed to go next, and they forgot to have Archer Lady mention anything about Comodo in the one episode she was in. And they're pretty much throwing down the fact that shit happens in just about every city they go to.
